19th World Gourmet Festival

For the 19th edition of the World Gourmet Festival (WGF), Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has partnered with Sanpellegrino and Gastronauts Asia to invite a host of international chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
Returning to Bangkok, celebrity chef and TV presenter Bobby Chinn will be in town for the event while award-winning chocolatier, Paul A Young, joins the line-up from London. Confirmed chefs include: Bernard Bach of Le Puits Saint-Jacques, France; José Avillez of Belcanto, Portugal; Jeong Ho Kim of Jungsik, South Korea; Ryohei Hieda of Shoun RyuGin, Taiwan; Srijith Gopinathan of TAJ Campton Place, USA; Alessandra del Favero & Oliver Piras of AGA Ristorante, Italy; Luigi Taglienti of LUME, Italy; Giuseppe Iannotti, Krèsios, Italy; Martin Dalsass of Talvo by Dalsass, Switzerland; Han Li Guang of Labyrinth, Singapore; Shinya Otsuchihashi of CRAFTALE, Japan; and Shinji Ishida of Nogisaka Shin, Japan.
